About Us

Developers & Associates, Inc. began in 1971 with the design and development of a 100 home conventional housing development in our hometown of Elk Point, South Dakota.  Since that beginning, we have grown to become a general construction firm that excels in providing services to owners, architects and developers across a three state area.

Our 54+ years of working together for successful projects through bid and negotiated contracts include wood frame, steel, and masonry construction of industrial, retail and office buildings, schools, motels, churches, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, over 3,200 elderly/multi-family units, and restoration of historical buildings.
